The delivery terms is EXW. The delivery counter calculates shipping costs online up to 80 kg. If the weight of the order is more than 80 kg, please contact the supplier before payment and delivery.
Most of the products are made to order. Delivery time is mentioned in the product description. In addition, there is transportation time, usually 3-5 days.
Production of the products will start when the payment for the order has arrived at the supplier's bank.
The primary method of delivery is DHL. The goods will arrive in the recipient's country and DHL will send an arrival notification. After customs clearance, DHL will ship the shipment to the consignee.

All prices and invoices are without VAT. The customer pays VAT and possibly customs duty in accordance with the import policy of his country. In Finland, the company's import taxes are paid through a tax account. A customer who is not VAT registered pays VAT on the import transaction.
